1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creator Support Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Streamer Responsibilities
  • Streamers must not use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Streamers are responsible for the content they publish and share through their pages.
  • Streamers must comply with local laws regarding income declaration and taxation.
4. Supporter Responsibilities
  • Supporters must ensure payment information is accurate and authorized.
  • All support payments are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Supporters may not use the platform to harass, spam, or abuse streamers.
5. Subscription & Payments
  • Streamer platform subscriptions (Free, Pro, Business) are billed monthly.
  • Exclusive member subscriptions are billed as set by the streamer.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Exclusive Membership
  • Exclusive membership benefits are determined by the streamer.
  • Membership access is granted upon payment approval by the streamer.
  • Members receive renewal reminders 3 days before expiration.
7. Content & Intellectual Property

Streamers retain ownership of their content. By uploading content to Creator Support Platform, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute it within the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities
  • Spamming or abusing the sticker/gift system
  • Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or platform security measures
  • Sharing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorization
9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Creator Support Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
